What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
How many guests can the house accommodate?
The Level Up Beach House features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for 20 guests.
What is the minimum age to book?
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
Is parking available?
Yes! The property has on-site parking for up to four small cars or three larger trucks or SUVs. Street parking is not permitted.

Does the house have a private pool?
Yes! The Level Up Beach House has a private pool exclusively for your group to enjoy.
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is available for an additional charge. Please request heating before your arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.
How far is the beach from the house?
The house is just steps from the Gulf, with direct beach access nearby. No need to load up the car or search for beach parking!
Is beach equipment provided?
Yes! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and boogie boards for guests to enjoy during their stay, subject to availability.
Are there grills we can use?
Yes! You will have access to both a gas grill & grilling utensils.

Is the house family friendly?
Absolutely! We provide a high chair, Pack 'n Play, three baby gates, and child-friendly eating utensils to make traveling with little ones easier.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at The Level Up Beach House.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and events are not permitted without prior written approval from the owners.
Are there security cameras on the property?
Yes. For security purposes, exterior cameras are located at the front entrance and parking area. There are no indoor cameras.

No, we do not require a separate refundable security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage to the property during their stay in accordance with the rental agreement.
